The Open Awards Maths Level 2 mock exam is sat online. The exam is split up into 2 sections, Section A and Section B. Section A is a non-calculator section, worth 15 marks, and you have 30 minutes to complete this section. Section B is a calculator section, worth 45 marks, and you have 1 hour 30 minutes to complete this section, meaning the mock exams last 2 hours in total.
How the Open Awards Functional Skills Mock Exam works
PLEASE NOTE: When sitting the Open Awards Maths Level 2 Mock exam, you will need the mark scheme, model solutions or video solutions up alongside it to mark your answers. Your answers will not be auto-marked, and once you press finish on Section A and Section B, you will not be able to get your answers back! It may be worth you taking a photo of your answers before the timer runs out, if you think you aren’t going to have time to mark them.
