A little slow to begin with but once you get into the core content it is very useful

The revision cards are exactly what I was looking for. Good set of questions to test your learnings.
I found the non-calculator harder but thankfully this is only like 25% of the marks and they look at your overall mark so it doesn’t matter if you score lower on the first section.
In the mock tests I found the timing part of the exam the hardest, I would always struggle to finish but in the actual thing, not sure if it was nerves that got me through but I felt like I actually had more time and got to the end of the exam with some time to check. I rate these Pass Functional skills people as they just make it easy to get a time booked and get it done.
I found the papers the best thing for revision and the cards were a secondary thing that helped me when I didn’t have much time to revise, like 10 minutes before dinner and things like that.
This was a life saver! Having attempted the exam once before with another provider and narrowly missing the pass mark, I was determined this was the last time I would sit the exam. I passed with 15% over the actual pass mark. Absolutely made up! Put the time in and it will be reflected in your mark. Good luck everyone
A lot of people worrying about functional skills, I have seen this at college with people struggling to pass. It took so long to get anywhere at college I gave up and took this into my own hands. I passed within 7 weeks and did all the study at home, far easier than going into college and meant I could do more hours at work so I passed sooner and was better off, win all round

All 3 parts of the qualification have their different challenges but if you do the work it will pay off. I never tried in school as I didn’t see the point, it is only when you need a qualification does it become relevant.
Quick delivery and worth the money
I was so so so worried about my functional skills maths level 2 exam. The thought of doing it online also freaked me out a bit. In the end I had nothng to worry about.

Personally I found the writing the most difficult but I have never liked writing or anything English for that matter. This team helped me through it so I can move on with my apprenticeship.

The exam wasn’t as hard as I had expected. Doing it all online was way easier than an exam centre.
I got all the books but nothing has helped as much as this course. College have been useless and I was getting worried I would never pass this awful exam. I think this course made all the difference or maybe I just got an easier exam this time haha
I was not confident in this exam at all but they helped to calm my nerves. I can move onto the level 2 English now.

I am not good with computers and even worse with maths so the thought of me doing an online exam a few months back would have sounded crazy to me but having been let down in college I thought it was worth a go to get it done quickly. The online aspect is straight forward, just follow the instructions. The maths you just need to learn. Good luck everyone.

It was not as hard as I had feared. Having failed maths at school and not done anything other than basic percentages for about 15 years I thought it was going to be impossible for me to pass in 8 weeks. I did it in 6, only just passed but it doesn’t say that on the certificate. Relived I didn’t have to resit.
An outstanding resource. We have been using the website for the last 6 months, taking advantage of all the high quality free content and thought we would try the hard copies. It was worth the investment.
