You need all 3 parts of the exam to get the certificate. I passed all 3 but only scrapped through on my reading. I should have worked harder but was busy with college work, still made it 🙂
Good to practise with
Worht getting as it covers everything.
Didn’t pass and had to do a resit which becuase I didn’t get the course I had to pay again. I thought you just paid once and got as many goes as you want but you don’t
great revision materials
I can’t fault them with all the support I received. I was really worried about my maths as I need it for my paramedic training and its the only thing that was stopping me from getting on the course. Thankfully all sorted now and I can move on with my life at last.
Ddi help me get ready for the maths exam. Would have been 5 star if a little cheaper but still worth the money to help you pass
Needed this for my apprenticeship training. Passed all 3 exams without a resit, well pleased.
Covers speaking, reading and writing parts of the exams. Videos were helpful.
The exam was easy to set up. I was concerned about doing a level 2 maths exam online with no prior experience of doing any exam online other than a driving theory test. It was all fine and easy to arrange.
The course is better than a revision guide in my opinion as listening and seeing how a tutor does each question just speeds up the learning process.

Good book with straight forward to follow format. Fast delivery directly from Amazon. Better than the other functional skills test book I have as this one is for the new exams.
The worksheets were like exam questions but split up by each topic which makes them perfect for revision. They don’t replace the need to do mock papers but I would suggest you use them before mocks to give you confidence in each type of question that can come up

Good set of practice tests and notes for the exam
Forget the revision guides, get the course and that is all you need. I have been at college for a year and failed the exam twice before I got this course then passed first time within 6 weeks once I actually knew what I needed to learn.
The exams team are really supportive in getting you set up with the times and dates. The speaking notes are useful and you need to prepare your topic a week before but rememebr not to do a script.
Helpful website and straightforward exam process
The maths course is definitely worth the investment of time and money. I was worried about how to structure my revision and what to do first. When I accessed the course I simply divided the number of weeks I had to pass by the topic list (good maths I know!) then made a study plan that worked really well.

The English level 2 exams are something you need to be ready for if you haven’t done them before. Make sure you revise each area and don’t just get the revision guide. I did this first time and had to resit my reading exam as I didn’t do enough revision. Pass functional skills were great in helping me to pass

Needed this functional skills english level 2 as an equivalent to a GCSE that I never got when I was at school. The 3 exams were all fine, got the certificate and moving on

Good revision layout and enjoying more than I thought however technical problems of slides not working are slowing my study down. Also saying that topics are incomplete even though they are completed. Frustrating.
