Reporting Features
Each course begins with an initial assessment to identify the appropriate level for the learner to enrol on. After enrolment, learners complete a subject knowledge assessment, which forms the basis of an individual learning plan. As learners progress through this plan, their Current Level is updated in real time.
The data generated during their course work is aggregated and analysed, providing a series of reports accessible through the Training Provider login. These reports, available for individual learners or entire cohorts, track progress across various contexts.

Our assessment tools align with the National Standards for Adult Literacy and Numeracy, as required by the ESFA, to evaluate learners’ current levels. Our advanced initial assessment and diagnostic tests help identify learners’ current level while generating a personalized learning plan.
All assessment data and progress reporting on the training provider login can be easily exported to Excel or PDF formats, simplifying the process of providing necessary evidence to the ESFA. They are also a key asset during Ofsted functional skills inspections, where our Training Providers consistently excel at showcasing the support provided to learners and the measurable progress being achieved.
As well as offering Level 2 and Level 1 functional skills qualifications in maths and English, we provide Entry Level 3 qualifications in both subjects, allowing you the flexibility to offer your learners a more attainable qualification if needed. All courses are well-structured and aligned with the National Standards for Functional Skills.
